The PPYPP (Piping Profits After Panama Papers) project is an important initiative for Publish What You Pay Norway carried out through 2018-2019. The main goal of this project is to uncover illicit financial flows associated with big transnational corporations and to gather information about tax havens used by these companies. The investigation is carried out by small group of investigative journalists collecting the information from publicly available sources. One of the products of their investigation is a database containing d ata about big international companies and their structure. Our main tasks connected to this project is to model and create the database and create highly interactive visualizations of the data, which can uncover some of the important tendencies and connections. The database and our visualizations will be integrated into the PWYP webpage and published in the end of 2018. Until then we won't be able to provide more details about the project, as it is still ongoing.
